Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the sr3 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use sr3's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the sr3 platform management. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. sr3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
Important: This platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using sr3, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use is for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
- Sr3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Accounts found to be using false or inaccurate information may be suspended or closed.
Password Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone.
- Notify sr3 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
- Sr3 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
- Any use of the account by a third party remains the account holder's responsibility.
User Responsibilities & Rules
All sr3 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal purposes.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Registering more than one account to claim duplicate bonuses or benefits.
- Abusing promotions or bonus programmes through dishonest means or multiple account settlement.
- Spreading false or misleading information about sr3 to other users.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity or operation of the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all outstanding balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the sr3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
All deposits are processed through supported payment channels, including FPX and DuitNow. Once credited to your account, deposits cannot be reversed to the original payment method except under specific circumstances at the platform's discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days. sr3 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the account holder's name.
All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met. sr3 reserves the right to void any bonus that has been misused.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to the sr3 customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Sr3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or system errors beyond management's control. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Should sr3 be found liable for any claim, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the sr3 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of sr3 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The sr3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and sr3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Sr3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
- At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.
- Complying with the directives of regulatory authorities or applicable laws.
Amendments & Governing Law
Sr3 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, either party may refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
